PREP YOUR PUSH

Learn the secrets of powerful, effective pushing before you’re in labor.

You’re pregnant, congrats! Before you get to snuggle up with your cute little baby, there are a lot of decisions to be made around your labor and
birth planning is overwhelming.

If your only exposure to what labor looks like is the movies then you’ve probably got a laundry list of things you’re worrying about. Or if you’ve given birth before and things didn’t go quite as planned you’re looking for more information about how to avoid things like tearing, a four-hour pushing phase, and cesarean birth.

You’re in the right place.

With some basic understanding of your anatomy, you’ll be practicing efficient pushing coordination in no time. Add to that a partner with a full toolkit of massage and position tips and you’re well on your way to an awesome birth.
Let Prep Your Push get you there.

This 90-minute workshop breaks down your pushing options so you can feel confident that you’re heading into your birth with all the facts.

I am pregnant with my 2nd child and have taken many other childbirth education classes. Kat’s Prep Your Push class is by far the most informative, most actionable, and most clearly presented class I have ever taken. My husband and I keep raving to each other about what a good use of time it was and how much more prepared we feel to have this baby. Take this class, you won’t regret it.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Kat! I started PROnatal Support after working with countless women experiencing pain after birth. I started to realize that there was a gap between what your medical provider tells you about your body during pregnancy and what the average personal trainer offers. There is so much preparation that can be done before labor to ensure you start parenthood on a good foot. My mission is to bridge the gap, providing offerings like this workshop to give you the tools to build the birth experience you really want.
