Birth Doula Support

Continuous support for the laboring person and their partner.

What does a doula do?

A doula provides continuous, non-medical support to the laboring person and their birth partner. They support the emotional and physical wellbeing of the birthing person through encouragement, experience, and knowledge. They are there for you every step of the way to answer questions, massage your back, and boost your confidence.

How does having a doula work?

I meet with clients twice prenatally to go over their birth plan, preferences, and facilitate communication between the pregnant person and their birth partner. I attend their labor, usually heading first to their home and then to their birthing place. I also meet with clients once postpartum to check in and make sure that the new family is on track.

My birth doula schedule is currently full.
